'New Year Resolutions 2013"






New Year has begun. Now, it’s time to start life with new challenges and hopes. The thing which most of the people does with the starting of New Year is New Year resolutions. New Year resolution is a commitment that we made with ourselves.  Usually most of the people make a lot of resolutions but only few of them actually follows them. So, we should set those resolutions that we can fulfill desirably. Here are few ideas about New Year resolutions:-






1)      If you feel that you are a lazy person, then you must try to overcome your habit and you can make this a resolution.
2)      Family members are always important for us but because of busy schedule, that is not possible. So, you must try to devote your time with your family so that you can know them in better way.
3)      Try to shape up your body this year. If you feel that you are overweight then you must take some steps to reduce your weight. With perfect body, you can increase your looks as well as your personality.
4)      Try to learn new things. It means that you must try something extraordinary that can give you a new experience of life and with which you can learn something new. For example, if you are having a phobia of water then you must learn sea diving and remove your phobia.
5)      If you are a good learner and reader then you must start reading an interesting and knowledgeable book this year. This will increase your ability of reading and you will get to know new things definitely.
6)      Try to get yourself out of debts this year. So you can make this as a New Year resolution.
7)      Another main thing that you can add in your New Year resolution is to quit smoking. As we all know that smoking is injurious for health, it is not at all good, and so you can stop smoking this year.
8)      If you are alcoholic and you drink a lot then try to decrease the amount of taking alcohol.  Taking alcohol in excess can cause various health problems, so limit the level of taking alcohol will let to stay healthy and happy.
